Whether you are looking for a whole new automated system for processing orders and generating reports, or just want to enhance your existing system, we can help!
Our Soil Test Reporting System was created in conjunction with soil scientists from several New England universities, using the latest Microsoft technology and designed for flexibility. It's able to create reports for virtually any type of product including Soils, Compost, Plant Tissue, Texture, Manure, Forage, Feed and Fertilizer Analyses, and we can adapt It to the way that you want to calculate nutrient recommendations. Automatic emailing of reports and automatic generation and storage of PDF reports simplify your daily tasks, and the system can even track your accounts receivable. A powerful comment engine allows you to easily customize the comments shown on a report based on lab results and crops selected without having to reprogram. Lab data can be exported in a variety of formats, including the MODUS standard using XML files.
- Web Portal - Our system can also includes a Customer Web Portal, allowing customers and other authorized users to log in and review their data and reports. Our web portal can be easily adapted to work with other systems as well.
- Interfaces - Need to receive orders or return results electronically? We have lots of experience creating automated interfaces, and experience working with a wide variety of companies and formats, including the MODUS standard.
- Texture Determination - We have a function that will determine the USDA Textural Class based on the percentage of Sand, Silt and Clay in the sample. The function is written in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), the language of Microsoft Office. But we can translate it if needed to other languages.
- Irrigation Water Class Determination - We have a function that will determine the USDA Irrigation Water Class based on the Sodium Absorption Rate and Conductivity in the sample. The function is written in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), the language of Microsoft Office. But we can translate it if needed to other languages. The methodology is defined here: USDA Circular 969
- Consulting - Our team can also help you enhance reporting, modernize and update your current system too!
